The “Why” Behind
Jacob & Julia:

We met on the tarmac at Tri-Cities Airport in Tennesse while working for two different airlines. After a few weeks of chatting at the airport every time our schedules collided, we soon discovered we both had many common interests, including our mutual love for our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Soon after, we both began to believe that God had brought us together for His own specific reasons, but we wanted to be 100% certain of that. It was important that we knew for ourselves that we were indeed compatible and could agree on doctrinal and other important life views and philosophical values. With that, we decided we would first sit down together and make complete sure that this union could even work out before proceeding with a relationship.

It actually turned out to be a full-on, total interview where each of us had a pen and notepad full of questions to ask one another, and in the end it proved successful and a wonderful relationship began.

We’re so happy and blessed with where God has lead us, and are looking forward to all the adventures that the rest of our new life spent together will bring.

From Julia:

After getting to know Jacob for the first time, I “knew” he was the man I had been praying for over the past many years. God’s mercy and grace is so evident in my life and I have been so blessed with the man of my dreams. I not only fell in love with his loving and caring personality but his strong character, his heart after God’s own heart and his determination to live for Christ.

Jacob is the one whom my soul loves and I can’t wait to marry him and see where God will lead us through this life together as we serve Him.
