We enjoyed reading your story of how God brought you together. We wish you God's best as you begin this journey of serving him together. Marriage is a wonderful gift from God, but every marriage has challenges to face sooner or later. We want to encourage you to hold each other closely - even when you don't feel like it. And when you don't know how to overcome those challenges, call out to the Lord and seek help from godly counsel. We were advised that the post-marriage counseling is more important than the pre-marital counseling and to plan on it in advance. 🙂 Challenges are often overcome using resources beyond our own limited experiences and perspectives! May your love reflect Christ's love for his bride and serve as a testimony to the world of Father's goodness!

Jacob and Julia, What a special time this is for you and your families! Treasure it, as you move through these final, busy days. Let nothing... no glitch in the plans and preparations, or the stress of meeting deadlines, rob you of the joy that is yours these next few weeks. Instead, enjoy every moment and make a sweet memory out of every situation that arises! I pray for a special day of celebration, as you start the next chapter of this precious journey called "life" together. Blessings to you both!

So very thrilled for you two! God is doing big things and I can't wait to watch your lives unfold together. I have watched you grow from a little bird running around with my own babies into the most amazing servant woman of God. I have yet to meet Jacob, but if he's caught your heart it means he loves Jesus and loves you as you would never settle for anything less. My heart is happy and I rejoice for you both. Love you! Congratulations on your upcoming union! The Lord has done great things for you. . .and your wedding day is just the start. May you draw closer to each other as you're drawn closer to the Lord! Marriage is so worth waiting for (I waited until I was 31--and it was well worth it). Tough times and joyous times intermingle. Lean hard on the Lord and every day grows sweeter as you live life with your love by your side.
